The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull), Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky & Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, wolf/restricted breed mix. *Any mix of the breeds listed is not acceptable.
Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals.
Quincy Luxury Apartments
For the first calendar month of a new Resident’s occupancy at HighPoint Apartments (or any prorated period thereof), a Resident will be able to use the pool, fitness facility, club room and billiards room at no additional charge. After the end of the first calendar month of occupancy (or any prorated period thereof), a new Resident may elect to continue to be permitted access to the pool, fitness facility, club room and billiards room for a monthly Premium of $35.00 per month.
